About these terms
These terms govern use of this website and general enquiries made through it. A project-specific written quotation may contain additional terms and will take priority for that project. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but website content is general guidance and is not a substitute for a survey or written quotation. Images may be illustrative and colours and finishes can appear different on screens.
Services and suitability
The suitability and performance of window film depend on factors including glass construction, coatings, access, installation position and the selected product. Reflective film does not provide guaranteed 24-hour privacy and its effect changes with lighting conditions. Film does not change existing glazing beyond the specification of the selected product.
Surface wrapping is suitable only where the underlying doors, panels or other surfaces are sound and appropriate. Damaged, swollen, loose or unsuitable surfaces may require repair or replacement and may not be suitable for wrapping.
Prices, quotations and contracts
Prices shown on the website are guide prices only and may change. The final price depends on the survey, measurements, materials, access and project requirements. A written quotation will describe the recommended products, scope and price. A contract is formed only when the parties confirm acceptance of the written quotation or otherwise agree in writing.
Customer information and access
Customers must provide accurate information about the property and project, disclose known defects or relevant glazing and surface information, and provide safe and reasonable access for surveys and installation.
Information and photographs you send
Information, photographs and measurements you submit will be used to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide the requested service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You must have permission to send any material that belongs to another person.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, branding and original content on this website belong to Surface1 and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, Surface1 is not responsible for loss caused by relying solely on general website information instead of a survey, product specification or written quotation.
